Executive Chairman

With a degree in sociology and post graduate studies in HR, organisation and management, Enrico’s early career was primarily within management consulting. In 1995 he co-founded and was CEO of Butera & Partners, a successful management consulting company advising international organisations across the automotive, telco, finance and energy sectors.

In 2000, he backed and supported a digital tech start-up, Beeweeb, as a business angel and as ‘executive coach’ to the young founders. Joining Assist in 2003, he led the company as CEO until becoming executive chairman at the beginning of 2018. Enrico has authored and co-authored several books and industry articles on organisational development, management and CRM. An avid reader and passionate about food and wine, Enrico loves travelling and meeting people from different cultures and with different experiences.
