I am in charge of the Work Force Management Team located at three operational sites: Tirana, Tunis, and Zagreb. My primary role is guiding the team to achieve and maintain operational efficiency, optimising agent schedules, managing the quality of intraday activities, and providing regular reports to the client.

I take pride in building a successful team from the ground up and consistently receiving positive feedback from the client. Our great results are a testament to our dedication to excellence.
