With the acquisition of Satel, Assist Digital strengthens its position in the French market with the goal of supporting its national and global clients by offering innovative, AI-enabled services in digital marketing, omnichannel sales, and customer care. Through the complementarity of technological and operational expertise, Assist Digital and Satel share a strong culture of "customer centricity", business performance development, and innovation.

Satel brings to Assist Digital thirty years of experience in marketing and omnichannel sales, delivering excellent services for some of the biggest brands in the French market, thanks to a robust territorial organization based on 6 operational centers and around 450 experts, generating over 15 million euros in annual revenue.

Assist Digital, operational in France since 2018 with a strong team of consultants, CX/UX designers, and data analysts, boasts over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, technological consulting, and CRM and marketing automation services. Since 2010, the company has also developed AI-based solutions, which have been further boosted by the rise of recent "generative artificial intelligence." With Ardian entry into the company in 2023, Assist Digital has accelerated its international development, aiming to strengthen its presence in key markets where it operates, including Italy (where its headquarters are located), Germany, Spain, the UK, and the Netherlands.
