As a Senior L&Q, I’m responsible for improving customer service by listening to customer feedback, monitoring customer interactions, identifying training needs, analyzing data, and collaborating with other departments. These activities play a crucial role in ensuring that the company meets its customers' needs and provides a high-quality customer experience.
I am able to help improve the overall quality of customer service and make a tangible difference in the lives of our customers. The positive impact of my work for the company reputation and bottom line is incredibly rewarding, and it motivates me to continue striving for excellence. I believe that the most important aspect for the development of my career is the company orientation in growth mindset and continuous improvement.
