At our Assist Digital office in Amsterdam, we bring together the strengths of three Dutch agencies; The Valley, Penfield Digital and Nominow, under one brand. With more than 25 years in customer experience, data, technology and digital change.

We pair creativity with deep technical expertise to help organisations design, build and scale effective digital experiences. As part of the European Assist Digital Group, we deliver local impact with international reach, helping brands build long‑term customer relationships.

As CCO at Assist Digital Netherlands, he drives the commercial strategy and constantly sharpens the company's proposition based on its vision. Job builds strong partnerships by offering a holistic view of the client's transformation roadmap. He focuses on creating seamless, human journeys that bridge online and offline touchpoints, ensuring organizations deliver a truly integrated and orchestrated customer experience.

With over seven years of experience in digital operations, Bobbie Meijer has built a career around making things work for clients, teams, and the business. From delivery to leadership, his focus has always been on people: building strong teams, creating clarity in complexity, and ensuring everyone moves in the same direction. As COO at Assist Digital Netherlands, Bobbie brings together strategy, operations, and technology to turn plans into results. He believes that great execution starts with great collaboration and that sustainable growth comes from empowering people to do their best work.
Sheldon Bont

Meet our NL Management

Function: CXO/CD,The Netherlands

As CXO/CD, Sheldon is responsible for the end-to-end customer experience agenda of the Netherlands office, working with clients in local and international markets across the wider Assist Digital network. He connects brand strategy, communication, UX, UI, and service design so that organisations operate with one clear experience standard instead of fragmented initiatives. He advises leadership teams, shapes CX and AI design principles, and leads multidisciplinary teams on complex programs for leading brands. Having grown from hands-on creative into experience leadership, he is driven by enabling others to do their best work and by delivering experiences that are simple, human, and effective.
