The challenge: from education to authority
As a leading institution in orthomolecular and physiological health, the
network of Natura Foundation now includes hundreds of trained
professionals and a knowledge library unmatched in the field. But as
more consumers consciously choose natural health, the foundation saw
an opportunity to expand its influence beyond the classroom. The
challenge: how do you transform a training institute into the leading
knowledge brand for root-cause healthcare?



Insight: symptoms mislead, knowledge leads
Like many healthcare organizations, the Natura Foundation lacked a
clear and compelling positioning that reflected its leadership outside the
academic sphere. Using our BrandFocus methodology, we refined the
brand mission and identity.
At the heart of this repositioning was the realization that healthcare
professionals strive to provide the best possible care but are often
frustrated by vague symptoms and hard-to-diagnose conditions. Even
seasoned practitioners sometimes struggle to identify the root cause.



Strategy: becoming the trusted guide
So, healthcare professionals aren’t just looking for information, they seek
guidance, reassurance, and a trusted partner. Just like their health-
conscious customers. The Natura Foundation helps them move beyond
symptoms to uncover the underlying causes, providing the research,
knowledge, and education to do so.
Always grounded in scientific
research and clinical experience. The brands ideal of “being the guide to
heal from the root” captures this mission perfectly: positioning Natura
Foundation as the trusted navigator for the health-conscious, guiding
them through the complexities of health.


Brand Identity: a ruling sage that inspires through clarity.
Building on the new positioning, we recognized the brand should radiate
authenticity, balancing the warmth of personal connection with the
professionalism of scientific exploration. The first expression of this was a
new logo: an abstract geometric icon with overlapping shapes,
symbolizing the interconnected pillars of the foundation: research,
knowledge, and education. The extracted lines from the logo form a
flexible visual system, with varying thicknesses, allowing adaptation
across contexts. Additionally, the color palette of the brand identity
balances warm and calming tones, blending the science of wellness with
the nurturing qualities of the human specialists.

Impact: more credible presence
Thanks to the repositioning, the Natura Foundation now operates with a
clear, unifying mission embraced across the organization. This mission is
brought to life through a modern, approachable brand style that runs
consistently through all communications, online and offline.
