Founded in 1912, Fokker is a name with deep roots in aviation. In 1996 the company shifted from building aircraft to servicing and improving aircraft components. Today it supports fleets worldwide across types such as ATR, Boeing and Airbus, alongside Fokker’s own heritage models. Our partnership spans more than 25 years. Over that time we have helped Fokker design and ship strategic digital tools that support this transformation.

Cutting-Edge components for your fleet.

To maximise impact we looked at the full customer and employee journey, then focused on three systems that carry the most weight:

  1. The corporate website, to express the new positioning and generate qualified leads.
  2. MyFokkerFleet, the operational heart that keeps parts and information moving.
  3. Modstore, a marketplace that opens a new revenue stream and audience.


Together these systems help Fokker act as a trusted provider of service parts and modifications, regardless of aircraft brand or type.

1. Corporate website

The website is where airline decision‑makers evaluate what Fokker can do for their fleet, so clarity and credibility matter. The content strategy puts services, aircraft types and target markets front and centre to make the aircraft‑agnostic offer obvious at a glance. Copy is practical and benefits‑led. Case content shows how upgrades and repairs improve availability, safety and cost of ownership.

Visually, the site balances heritage and forward motion. We kept core brand elements and added a cleaner, more technical design language suited to digital: precise typography, structured layouts and a restrained palette that lets complex information breathe. The result is a confident public face for lead generation that still feels unmistakably Fokker.

2. MyFokkerFleet

Aircraft need maintenance wherever they fly. Delays are costly, so the right part has to reach the right hands quickly. MyFokkerFleet was built for that reality. Developed together with Fokker, the platform supports parts ordering, inventory visibility, demand forecasting, customer management and step‑by‑step maintenance guides. Information is structured so mechanics, planners and procurement teams each see what they need without noise.

Reliability is as important as features. We design, build and maintain the service to run 24/7, with performance and uptime treated as first‑order requirements. Clear roles, audit trails and service levels mean the platform supports day‑to‑day operations, not the other way round.

3. Modstore

To support the broader transformation we co‑created Modstore, a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of more than 40,000 components. Used by brands such as Lufthansa, Honeywell and Fokker itself, Modstore introduces a simple model: sellers pay to be listed, and operators gain a wider choice in one place. The catalogue spans solutions for a range of aircraft types, underlining Fokker’s aircraft‑agnostic expertise while extending reach to a new customer segment.

This was one of our earliest initiatives with Fokker. A redesign is planned to evolve the experience and keep pace with how customers now search, compare and purchase.

Next steps

The transformation is working, and the partnership continues. We are jointly prioritising a backlog of improvements across these systems, focused on raising reliability, accelerating delivery and improving efficiency through end‑to‑end journeys. A fourth major initiative is in development, aimed at tightening the loop between diagnostics, parts availability and turn‑around time. The goal remains constant: tools that help Fokker keep more aircraft safely in the air, every day.
