The goal of this project is to enhance overall efficiency in customer care operations by leveraging both automation and intelligent agent support.

What we delivered

We significantly improved customer care efficiency by implementing a smart, end-to-end email automation system capable of autonomously handling simple information requests, such as collecting forms and identity documents, reducing the need for human intervention in routine inquiries.

For more complex cases, we equipped agents with GenAI-powered recommendations that provide context-aware suggested responses, enabling them to resolve customer issues faster and with greater accuracy.

This hybrid approach leverages Natural Language Processing (NLP) to ensure seamless integration between automation and human support, enhancing interaction quality and optimizing operational workflows while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
